DMCplus on APP node: Software Installation Issue

We are moving an existing DMCplus (version 2.0) application from an NT machine(through Honeywell's APP node) to the APP node for better reliability and security. After following the DMCplus on-line installation procedure for the APP node, we found the DMCplus context server (cimio_dmcp_dlgp.exe) and Manage won't run. They pop up and go away. The error message in ciodmcp.err is "cannot initialize the common buffer".

I believe we have the correct setup for cimio_logical_devices.def and services. I wonder if anyone has seen this before and could provide some help?
